Agro Trade is a Danish / Polish company with a head office in Otterup on Funen and an office in Koszalin, Poland. Agro Trade was founded in 2008 in Denmark with the aim of providing Danish agriculture with access to environmentally sound soil improvers, and at the same time utilizing knowledge about agriculture and the circular economy to develop improved farming in Poland. In addition, but as part of that company, Agro Trade’s activities also include collecting and utilizing BioMasseAsker (BMA ), especially from the use of clean biomass fuels from Danish biomass-fired combined heat and power plants and district heating plants. By bioashes are meant collectively both fly ashes from flue gas filters and bottom ashes that are removed from the bottom in a solid fuel-fired plant.
When these ash materials are at all available, it is due to society’s desire that increased use of sustainable energy, e.g. in the form of biomass can satisfy the increasing attention that is to replace fossil energy with various renewable energy sources. Biomass is one of these green energy sources. Agro Trade is therefore a natural part of that chain.
